No referral is needed to get started. Tennessee is a direct access state, which means you can reach out and schedule an evaluation right away. If needed, I’m happy to collaborate with your child’s pediatrician to support their care.
Hall of Hope is a cash-based practice and does not bill insurance directly. However, we provide detailed superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We also accept Katie Beckett funding for eligible children.

Developmental check-ins are for babies and toddlers to make sure they’re reaching important milestones. We’ll watch your child, give practical tips and exercises to do at home, and answer any questions. These sessions usually happen once a month or every other month, giving you support and guidance while letting your child grow at their own pace.
No worries! Many children start therapy feeling shy or unsure, and that’s completely normal. At Hall of Hope, we use play-based activities to engage children at their own pace and make therapy fun. We always meet your child where they are, building trust and confidence so participation happens naturally over time. Parents are welcome to be part of sessions, and we’ll provide strategies to help your child feel comfortable and motivated.
